```{index} single: Encode::EBCDIC ``` # Encode::EBCDIC ```{pperl-module-badges} Encode::EBCDIC ``` `Encode::EBCDIC` - the EBCDIC encodings: `cp37`, `cp500`, `cp875`, `cp1026`, `cp1047` and `posix-bc`. Nothing needs to be loaded: `Encode` loads this module the first time one of its encodings is named, as in `decode('cp1047', $bytes)`. This is a native implementation of Encode::EBCDIC 2.02, from the same tables as upstream; `Encode/EBCDIC.pm` is used unchanged. ## Differences from upstream None.
