Dispatches on prefix: `0x`/`x` for hexadecimal, `0b`/`b` for binary, `0o` for explicit octal (Perl 5.34+), otherwise plain octal. Underscores are allowed as digit separators. Leading whitespace is stripped. ## See also hex
