Namespace containing the following modules:

• I18N::Collate - compare 8-bit scalar data according to the current locale

• I18N::LangTags - functions for dealing with RFC3066-style language tags

• I18N::Langinfo - Query locale information - country, language, and cultural conventions from the current locale.
