_gmp_lib_version

Return the version of libgmp currently loaded into the process.

Synopsis

my $v = Math::GMP::_gmp_lib_version();
printf "running libgmp %vd\n", $v;   # e.g. "running libgmp 6.3.0"

What you get back

A v-string, as v6.3.0 would be: its characters are the version numbers, so it is formatted with sprintf "%vd", compared with lt/gt against another v-string, and accepted by version->parse. Printed as it is, it shows those characters, not the dotted digits.
