Raw wall + CPU times of the process and its children, as a five-element list.

my ($real, $user, $sys, $cuser, $csys) = POSIX::times();

What you get back

Five integer tick counts, in sysconf(_SC_CLK_TCK) units — raw, not divided by the ticks-per-second constant. Divide if you want seconds.
