The size of a type in bytes, as C’s sizeof.

Synopsis

my $n = Peta::FFI::sizeof("{My::Point}");   # 16
my $buf = Peta::FFI::alloc(Peta::FFI::sizeof("u32[8]"));

Any one type of the signature language: a number type, o, p (a pointer), T[N], *T and a record. T[] is 0.
