tcflush#

Discard buffered input, output, or both on terminal $fd.

tcflush($fd, TCIOFLUSH);   # drop pending input and output

"0 but true" on success, undef on failure. Negative $queue_selector sets $! to EINVAL.

Fully compatible with upstream POSIX.
